Before you start
- Confirm the player you want to use is compatible with your Fire TV model.
- Connect to stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet through a supported adapter.
- Keep enough free storage for the player and updates.
If playback buffers
Test another app or stream on the same device, restart the router and Fire TV, and compare Wi-Fi with Ethernet if possible. If only one player has a problem, review that player settings before assuming the connection is at fault.
