Our troubleshooting recommendations use observable checks: device compatibility, connection type, local network quality, player behaviour and reproducible setup steps. When we have not performed a measured test, we do not present estimated numbers as measured results.
What we record
For future device-specific tests, the useful context includes device model, player version, connection type, network conditions and the exact problem being investigated.
